2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. Service appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Same-day service is offered where possible but not guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payments

We maintain transparent pricing. Final cost may vary depending on site conditions and additional work required.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made before technician dispatch. Late cancellations may incur a service fee.

5. Liability

While we take reasonable care during service, Home Fix SG is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or indirect losses.

Customers are responsible for securing valuable or fragile items before work begins.

6. Warranty

We may provide limited workmanship warranty depending on the type of service performed. Warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or third-party modifications.
